Kids Eat Free All Summer

Kids Eat Free All Summer

Highline children can eat free breakfast, lunch, and snacks during the summer through the federally funded Simplified Summer Food Program. The program provides funding for several of our schools to serve children living in South King County.

Meals are free to children 18 years old and younger. A child does not need to be a Highline student to participate. Registration is not required. There are no forms to fill out and no names are written down.

Visit the Nutrition Services website to see a current list of summer meal sites. Note that sites, dates, and serving times may change. The USDA's Summer Meals Finder website will be updated throughout the summer. Enter your zip code on this website to find a nearby location serving free meals.

The Simplified Summer Food Program ensures children in lower-income areas continue to receive nutritious meals during school breaks when they do not have access to school lunch or breakfast.

All sites will be closed July 4 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
